Buying starts with a purpose. We first concentrate on why you want to move in order to identify what and where we need to target our efforts.
2. Property
Once we identify a monthly housing budget, property location, and desired amenities I can help target your search so we can preview the right properties.
3. Purchase
Before you commit to a purchase, my loan team will give you a good understanding of your mortgage loan process. I will educate you on the offer, contract and escrow process.
4. Here are your keys!
Congratulations and welcome home! Even though the purchase process comes to an end, my service to you never does. Whether you have questions for the former homeowners, or need repairs and upgrades I will be there to help long after the transaction!
