Mental Preparation: Selling is transformational process; your beloved home will become a performing asset. I’ll guide you through that transition.
Market Preparation: My team arranges everything including repairing, remodeling, staging, pre-sale reports, disclosures, & escrow.

3. Pricing

This step can be counter intuitive. Markets are dynamic. I can walk you through how to price your home for the best offer with respect to comparable sales in your area. The goal is to maximize your net gain.

4. Promotion

Marketing property is an art form. I’ll arrange market timing, staging, professional photography, networking, MLS, Internet, open houses and ongoing market activity. Then I’ll lead you through the negotiation, the offer and the escrow process.
